The Market Forge 91-8660 Gasket is a high-temperature sealing component designed for use with immersion heating elements in commercial steamers and kettles. Crafted from red reinforced silicone, it measures 2-1/16" x 3-1/4" with an inner diameter of 1-1/4" x 2-1/4" and includes 2-3/4" center-mount holes.
