Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items labeled “non-returnable” on product pages.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Follow the instructions provided by our support team.
- Ship items back within 30 days of approval. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide a photo or video showing the issue and your order details.
We will offer a replacement or process the return. Shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items are covered by us.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Refund Conditions:
- Full refunds: For faulty, incorrect items or canceled orders before shipment.
- Partial refunds: For items returned without original packaging, used condition, or missing parts.
Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable for non-faulty items.

- Full refunds are provided for cancellations before processing or shipment.
