Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted if items are in their original, unused condition, with all tags intact, and are accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact customerservice@chefparts.net. Our team will respond within 1 business day with further instructions and a return shipping label. Note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
