iCombi Pro vs SCC101E — What Changed

The iCombi Pro 10-1/1 is NOT a parts upgrade for an SCC101E. The two share design philosophy but use almost entirely different OEM parts: door assembly, probe interface, control electronics, steam generator, and software all changed. If you operate both generations in the same kitchen, plan parts inventory accordingly — an SCC101E spare gasket will not fit an iCombi 10-1/1.

iCombi Service Codes

The iCombi Pro reports service codes through the touchscreen with much more detail than the SCC era. Codes are still in the Service xx format but with additional context shown on screen. Common codes: 10/11/12 for steam generator, 23 for probe, 32 for cleaning, 4 for door switch.
