1. Shipping Policy

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including ground shipping and expedited delivery services. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information will be provided once the shipment is dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated based on real-time shipping rates and include a $4.50 handling fee per shipment for packaging materials.

    • Shipping Origins:

      • Shipments originate from nationwide warehouses across the United States. Depending on product availability and warehouse location, items may ship from different warehouses.
    • Single Warehouse Shipments:

      • For orders containing multiple items, ChefParts.net will ship parts from the same warehouse in a single shipment whenever possible. If items are not available in one location, multiple shipments may occur, and tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
    • Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
  • Shipping Methods:

    • We offer UPS, USPS, and DHL services with both ground and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on real-time shipping rates, with a $4.50 handling fee per shipment for packaging materials.
  • International Shipping:

    • ChefParts.net does not ship internationally. We only ship to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Multiple Warehouses:

    • If your order requires items from different warehouses, you may receive separate shipments with corresponding tracking numbers.

2. Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@chefparts.net, and we will reply within 1 business day.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Warranty Policy

Warranty Administration:

  • The warranty coverage for products purchased through ChefParts.net begins on the installation date rather than the sale date. It is the customer's responsibility to retain both the sales receipt and proof of installation to validate the warranty period.

Direct Manufacturer Support:

  • For warranty claims, ChefParts.net customers must contact the manufacturer directly. Each manufacturer has its own process for warranty claims, and dealing directly with the manufacturer will help expedite replacements or repairs. ChefParts.net can assist by providing the necessary purchase information, such as the sale receipt, but will not directly handle warranty claims.

Receipt Retention:

  • Customers are advised to retain the original sales receipt from ChefParts.net, as it is necessary to verify the purchase date for any warranty claims. Without this receipt, the warranty process may be delayed or invalidated by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer-Specific Warranty Information:

  • Warranty durations and conditions may vary based on the product and manufacturer. Customers should refer to the specific warranty information provided with the product or listed on the product page for further details.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Customers must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for product installation and usage to ensure warranty coverage remains valid.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item under our return policy.

  • How to Cancel: Contact customer service immediately to request an order cancellation.
  • Refunds for Cancellations: Full refunds will be provided for canceled orders before shipment.
